Today we celebrate the red banner of struggle and victory, we celebrate the 80th glorious anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the great party of President Kim Il Sung, the immortal party of General Kim Jong Il, and the ever-victorious party of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

Eighty years ago, in the crucible of flames and bayonets, when the destiny of the nation hung in the balance, the Workers’ Party of Korea was founded as the beacon of independence, self-reliance, and socialism. From that historic moment, our Party has marched forward as the brain, the organizer, and the commander of our revolution. Man is the center of all things, and the party is the physical embodiment of man as a collective soul!

The WPK is not merely a political organization; it is the heart of the people, their shield and sword. It has guided the Korean people through every storm, defended the dignity of our nation against imperialist aggression, and raised high the banner of Juche and Kim Jongun-Kim Jongil Thought, blazing a path that astonishes the world.

Under the leadership of the great leaders, our Party built a socialist system where the people are the masters of everything. It built factories and farms from the ashes of war, launched satellites into the sky, and forged a powerful state that stands firm against all challenges.

Comrades!

The history of our Party is the history of singlehearted unity. The Workers’ Party of Korea has always trusted in the masses, and the masses have followed the Party with unbreakable loyalty. This steel like unity between the leader, the Party, and the people is our most powerful weapon, stronger than any nuclear arsenal.

Today, under the wise leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, our Party advances boldly toward a socialist future of prosperity and happiness. The flames of self-reliance burn ever brighter. The heroic spirit of our people conquers every trial. The world watches in awe as the DPRK, small in territory but mighty in dignity, stands proudly at the center of the global stage.

And look, comrades, to the heroic frontline! Our brave internationalist fighters, carrying the banner of the Workers’ Party of Korea, have struck

decisive blows against the bastions of imperialism abroad. On distant battlefields, they prove in fire and steel the invincibility of our cause, bringing terror to the enemy and glory to the motherland. Their victories are the victories of our Party; their courage, the courage of our people.

Furthermore, this year marks a new chapter in the struggle of the international revolutionary front. The bonds of friendship and solidarity between our Republic and the great nations of Russia and China have grown ever stronger, forged in the common fight against domination and hegemony. Shoulder to shoulder with these mighty neighbors, we advance toward a world where independence and justice prevail, where the imperialists are swept into the dustbin of history. The Workers’ Party of Korea is proud to stand as the vanguard of this historic alignment, ensuring that our cause resonates not only on the Korean peninsula but across the globe. Death to Yankee Imperialism!

Comrades!

Let us vow on this historic occasion to uphold forever the banner of the Party, to defend with our lives the dignity of our socialist motherland, and to hasten the final victory of our cause. Let us build a people’s paradise on this land, and let our Party shine for another hundred, another thousand years!

Long live the eternal power of Kim Ilsung-Kim Jongilism, of the Juche Idea! Long live the immortal Workers’ Party of Korea, ever-victorious under the leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un!
